Team manager Business Application Management
Job description: You are responsible for: · The company’s business application landscape. This involves the complete ERP suite (MS Dynamics NAV 3.7/4.0/5.0), E-Synergy for HR module, Timesheet application, and several new to be implemented applications · The application release management process · Issue management · ITIL processes · Setup of Services Level Agreements with internal clients, vendors, and ICT department · Improvement of information flow · Feasibility studies and impact analysis in the application landscape · Giving structure towards Enterprise Integration Application aspects · Contributing to an optimal functional integration of the projects into the system landscape, by ensuring optimal integration of modules in the various existing information systems · Reporting on operational consequences, feasibility’s and advise on alternative solutions, as well as on strategy and actions to improve results · The wellbeing of the team members of the team (currently 4 persons, with a potential grow).
The Person: · Academic level or equivalent combination of education and experience. A degree in business administration or information sciences · At least 7 years of experience in the IT branch · 3 years experience in handling complex projects involving employees and managers at all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors and service providers · Broad knowledge of business processes such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Service. You have experience in implementation of Navision modules and design applications · You have advance experiences with ITIL. You are familiar and experienced with project management methods such as Prince 2
